These terms govern your use of Hermes (including messaging features).

1) Overview

What Hermes is (and isn’t).

Hermes is a digital assistant that helps you capture and organize work through SMS/MMS and related channels. Hermes may propose tasks, reminders, calendar events, and summaries based on what you send.

Hermes is a Nauset AI product — built in-house and improved continuously. For questions, contact us via our contact page.

2) Messaging terms

SMS/MMS program basics.

By opting in to Hermes messaging, you consent to receive SMS/MMS messages related to Hermes features, such as confirmations, reminders you request, and summaries you enable. Message frequency is determined by you based on your usage and settings. Higher pricing tiers may add additional features and messaging capacity.

Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

3) Acceptable use

Keep Hermes safe and lawful.

You agree not to use Hermes to:

  • Send spam or unlawful content
  • Attempt to access accounts or data you do not own
  • Transmit sensitive personal data unless you have a lawful basis
  • Reverse engineer, disrupt, or abuse the service

4) AI limitations and disclaimers

Human-in-the-loop is part of the design.

Hermes may make mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing and approving any critical actions (for example: scheduling, customer communication, or financial decisions).

Hermes is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
