Hermes is designed to work over SMS/MMS. This page explains consent, message frequency, and your controls.

How to opt in

You opt in by texting Hermes from your phone to a Hermes-provisioned number and confirming when prompted.

When you start a Hermes thread, you may receive an opt-in prompt. Reply with the requested keyword (for example, YES) to confirm you want Hermes to message you.

Message frequency is determined by you based on how you use Hermes (for example: reminders you request and summaries you enable).

Higher pricing tiers may add additional features and messaging capacity.

Message and data rates may apply.

Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Hermes is a sidekick for you. It will not message your customers on your behalf without explicit approval and the proper consent.
