- Messaging data: your phone number, message content, and metadata (timestamps).
- Media: photos you send (MMS) and audio you share, if supported.
- Derived data: transcriptions, summaries, extracted tasks, reminders, and tags.
- Support communications: emails you send us and related correspondence.
3) How we use information
To provide, improve, and secure Hermes.
- Provide messaging responses, summaries, and requested reminders
- Maintain job/customer context so you can retrieve past details
- Operate and secure the service (fraud prevention, abuse detection)
- Improve product quality (for example: fixing failure modes)

Vendors that help run Hermes.
